Payment:

A minimum of a 50% deposit is required to start work. 100% of the total cost, plus shipping, is due before the order is shipped out. Prices are in USD only. Once payment is received (50% minimum), I will begin work on sketches to get a feel for the overall sculpture. These concept sketches can be made into full art pieces at an additional cost. Full payment is due within 60 days from the date of invoice receipt. If you need more time, please let me know, I am very flexible and we can work together to formulate a flexible payment plan

Process:

Once you approve the concept sketch(es) I will start working on building your order. You will receive work in progress pictures for every step of the way. I work on orders Monday through Friday ONLY. ​The commissioner may request the sculpture process to be private otherwise the process will be displayed publicly on the artist's social media pages. The commissioner may use the sculpture for any personal means, including reposting, so long as the artist is credited.

 

Commissioner Cancellations & Refunds:

If at any point you need to cancel your order, you must let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Full refunds ONLY apply to Fanart -themed sculptures. Partial refunds are available but are not guaranteed for One-of-a-Kind Custom Character orders and Personal Pet sculptures. Refunds are only available before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, no refunds are available.

Artist Cancellations & Refunds:

ThePickledPanda (Ericka Jaselle the ARTIST) reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all (though this is extremely rare). If the ARTIST cancels the order the Commissioner will receive a FULL refund regardless of the sculpture type.

 

Artist Rights:

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a permanent ban from my commission list, all social media pages and if needed, legal action.

ThePickledPanda (the Artist) will retain the rights to the art itself and not the character or concepts given. The Artist retains all rights to the sculpture after it is completed, and may use photo images for any purpose they see fit (contests, interviews, ect…), you, the Commissioner will be informed of any actions taken, but any prizes or recognition associated to the images used belong to the Artist.

Commissioner canceled Orders: In the event the Commissioner cancels an order the Artist retains all rights to the art and may rework, reuse, or sell the sculpture, as well as take any other actions the Artist sees fit. In addition, the Commissioner forfeits all rights to the sculpture, including any work in progress images sent. They may not use, post, or rework the incomplete piece in any way.

Shipping:

All commissioned works must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped out. All sculptures that are shipped within the United States are shipped via Fedex, insured for the total cost of the sculpture not to include shipping and taxes and will require a signature upon delivery. International orders are sent via USPS. Once packages have been handed to the post, ThePickledPanda is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
