About Me.

ThePickledPanda also known as Ericka Jaselle is a sculptor and illustrator known for her detailed and lively video game fantasy works in digital illustration and polymer clay sculpture. She takes pride in recreating the World of Warcraft Druid animal forms and various other fantasy creatures.

Before her career in art, she served in the United States Navy from 2010 to 2016. Shortly after her service, she self published her first comic book "Once you Own a Shiba, Everything Else is Just a Dog." From there, she attended Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, where she obtained her Associates Degree in 2018 and self-published "The Art of ThePickledPanda Coloring Book." In 2019, she won an honorable mention in the 2019 Blizzcon Art Contest for her two Druid bear sculptures. Afterwards, she transferred to the Maryland Institute College of Art where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Illustration with a minor in Ceramics in December 2024.  She currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband and two Shiba Inus.

When she is not creating art she is playing video and board games, like World of Warcraft, FarmVille, Talisman, and Azul with friends and family, or she is out traveling the country attending Renaissance Faires and, constantly pulling inspiration from, viking, high fantasy and wild creatures for her next piece.
